Статья посвящена вопросам изучения теоретических аспектов и инструментов планирования производства продукции, их применению в практике деятельности корпорации, а также разработке конкретных рекомендаций по его совершенствованию. Уточнена сущность понятия «планирование производства», рассмотрены задачи, основные концепции и направления планирования в корпорации в условиях цифровой трансформации. Показано, что в современных условиях неопределенности и усиления глобальной конкуренции в планировании производства повышается значимость факторов внешней и внутренней среды. Внимание авторов сконцентрировано на выявлении влияния этих факторов на основе применения методики SWOT-анализа. Результаты SWOT-анализа сильных и слабых сторон, возможностей и угроз на примере конкретной корпорации положены в основу сформулированных направлений совершенствования планирования производства на среднесрочный период.
The article is devoted to the study of theoretical aspects and tools of production planning, their application in the practice of the corporation, as well as the development of specific recommendations for its improvement. The essence of the concept of "production planning" is clarified, the tasks, basic concepts and directions of planning in a corporation in the context of digital transformation are considered. It is shown that in modern conditions of uncertainty and increased global competition in production planning, the importance of factors of the external and internal environment increases. The authors' attention is focused on identifying the influence of these factors based on the application of the SWOT analysis methodology. The results of the SWOT analysis of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats on the example of a specific corporation are the basis for the formulated directions for improving production planning for the medium term.
