В статье рассмотрены критерии, основные показатели и инструментарий оценки качества финансового обеспечения предприятий агропромышленного комплекса. Обоснована важность исследования степени удовлетворения потребностей хозяйствующего субъекта. Разработан методический подход к оценке качества финансового обеспечения предприятий агропромышленного комплекса, который предполагает использование интегрального показателя, полученного с помощью метода аддитивной свертки, что позволит определить уровень качества действующей системы финансового обеспечения предприятий агропромышленного комплекса. Проведена апробация предложенного методического подхода на основе данных финансовой и бухгалтерской отчетности 20 предприятий агропромышленного комплекса, в результате чего выявлено, что исследуемые предприятия характеризуются растущей динамикой снижения качества финансового обеспечения в течение анализируемого периода. Выявленные тенденции обусловлены снижением доходности предприятий и разбалансированностью входящих и исходящих денежных потоков.
The article considers the criteria, main indicators and tools for assessing the quality of financial support for enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. Substantiated the importance of studying the degree of satisfaction of the needs of an economic entity. Developed a methodological approach to assessing the quality of financial support for enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, which involves the use of an integral indicator obtained using the additive convolution method, which will determine the quality level of the current financial support system for enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. Tested the proposed methodological approach based on financial and accounting reporting data from 20 enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, as a result of which it was revealed that the studied enterprises are characterized by a growing trend in the decline in the quality of financial security during the analyzed period. The revealed trends are due to the decrease in profitability of enterprises and the imbalance of incoming and outgoing cash flows.
