В исследовании поставлена задача определить последствия воздействия пандемийных условий на изменение производственных затрат машиностроительного предприятия. В качестве объекта исследования рассматривается АО «Механический завод» г. Орск. Пандемийные экономические условия отрицательно сказались на ряде показателей эффектиности управления затратами, существенно снизив прибыль от продаж и чистую прибыль предприятия. Авторами проведен факторный анализ выручки предприятия. Для смягчения последствий было рекомендовано предприятию проведение реструктуризации краткосрочных заемных средств и перевода их в долгосрочные обязательства. В статье обоснованы проблемы, причины и ожидаемый эффект от реструктуризации и перевода краткосрочных заемных средств в долгосрочные обязательства АО «Механический завод».
The study aims to determine the consequences of the impact of pandemic conditions on the change in production costs of a machine-building enterprise. JSC "Mechanical Plant" Orsk is considered as an object of research. Pandemic economic conditions had a negative impact on a number of indicators of the effectiveness of cost management, significantly reducing the profit from sales and the net profit of the enterprise. The authors conducted a factor analysis of the company's revenue. To mitigate the consequences, it was recommended that the company restructure short-term borrowed funds and transfer them into long-term liabilities. The article substantiates the problems, causes and expected effect of the restructuring and transfer of short-term borrowed funds into long-term liabilities of JSC "Mechanical Plant".
