В реалиях развития четвертой промышленной революции, характеризующейся высоким уровнем неопределенности и быстротой изменений, выживут компании, которые способны оперативно реагировать на вызовы бизнес-среды. Поэтому генерирование «организационной гибкости», являющейся уникальной способностью организации реагировать на быстро изменяющиеся условия внешней среды в режиме реального времени, выходит на первый план. Модель активного производства представляет собой интеграцию производственных парадигм: lean production, quick response manufacturing, agile manufacturing. В следствие чего, целью данного исследования является выделение организационной гибкости как основной составляющей концептуальной модели активного производства. Концептуальная модель активного производства с выделением основных составляющих: драйверы, организационная гибкость, провайдеры, стратегия была построена. Модель активного производства способна стать эффективным инструментом промышленных предприятий, стремящихся сохранить и увеличить своё конкурентоспособность в условиях глобальных изменений.

In the realities of the development of the fourth industrial revolution, characterized by a high level of uncertainty and the speed of change, companies that are able to respond promptly to the challenges of the business environment will survive. Therefore, the generation of "organizational agility", which is the unique ability of an organization to respond to rapidly changing environmental conditions in real time, comes to the fore. The active production model is an integration of production paradigms: lean production, quick response manufacturing, agile manufacturing. As a result, the purpose of this study is to highlight organizational agility as the main component of the conceptual model of active production. A conceptual model of active production with the allocation of the main components: drivers, organizational agility, providers, strategy has been built. The active production model can become an effective tool for industrial enterprises seeking to maintain and increase their competitiveness in the face of global changes.
