Рассматриваются адаптация и особенности развития промышленных предприятий региона в условиях индустрии 5.0. Актуальность исследования обусловлена активным внедрением новых технологий и высокими темпами цифровизации промышленности. Предложены меры для повышения развития промышленных предприятий региона через цифровизацию. Статья рассматривает преимущества, которые могут получить промышленные предприятия в условиях Индустрии 5.0. Среди них – увеличение производительности, снижение затрат, улучшение качества продукции, развитие новых продуктов и услуг, устойчивое развитие и развитие человеческого капитала. Также проанализирован рейтинг регионов Российской Федерации SMART по использованию инноваций. По результатам анализа официальных статистических данных формируется рейтинг регионов, каждый из которых относят к соответствующей группе: лидеров (А), относительно высокого уровня (В), среднего уровня (С), относительно слабого уровня (D). Разработанная аналитическая система рейтинга позволяет наглядно показывать региональным властям сильные и слабые стороны, положение региона относительно остальных и динамику изменений по всем отражаемым индикаторами направлениям. Проведена оценка влияния использования одного из инструментов Индустрии 5.0 коботов на деятельность предприятий промышленности (на примере АО «БашАгроМаш»).
The paper reveals the problem of the adaptation and features of the development of industrial enterprises in the region in the conditions of industry 5.0. The relevance of the study is due to the active introduction of new technologies and high rates of digitalization of industry. Measures are proposed to enhance the development of industrial enterprises in the region through digitalization. The article examines the advantages that industrial enterprises can get in the conditions of Industry 5.0. Among them are increasing productivity, reducing costs, improving product quality, developing new products and services, sustainable development and human capital development. The rating of the SMART regions of the Russian Federation on the use of innovations is also analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis of official statistical data, a rating of regions is formed, each of which belongs to the appropriate group: leaders (A), relatively high level (B), medium level (C), relatively weak level (D). The developed analytical rating system makes it possible to visually show the regional authorities the strengths and weaknesses, the position of the region relative to the rest and the dynamics of changes in all areas reflected by the indicators. The impact of using one of the Industry 5.0 kobot tools on the activities of industrial enterprises was assessed (using the example of Bashagromash JSC).
