В статье исследуются особенности организации экономической деятельности медицинских организаций, вопросы содержания и качества оказываемых ими услуг, в том числе на платной основе. Показаны способы проведения перспективной плановой работы по устойчивому развитию профильных организаций на основе различных моделей финансирования. При планировании деятельности таких организаций следует учесть, что сфера услуг медпомощи значительно отличается от других отраслей экономики. Рассматриваются вопросы совершенствования деятельности медицинской организации на конкурентном рынке, выделяются ее особенности, связанные с отраслевой принадлежностью и формированием цен на оказываемые услуги. Проанализированы тенденции деятельности организаций в современных условиях развития здравоохранения соответственно требованиям повышения качества и степени удовлетворенности пациентов. Выявлены и систематизированы особенности сметной модели финансирования медицинских организаций, влияющие на их экономическую устойчивость. В числе приоритетных направлений исследования изучены экономические особенности, структуры и содержания оказываемых услуг, методов организации плановой и перспективной экономико-управленческой работы медучреждений. Использовались методы анализа и синтеза информации, статистических группировок, содержательной экономической интерпретации явлений хозяйственной практики.
The scientific study examines the specifics of the organization of economic activities of medical organizations, issues of the content and quality of services provided by them, including on a fee basis. The ways of carrying out long-term planned work on the sustainable development of specialized organizations based on various financing models are shown. When planning the activities of such organizations, it should be taken into account that the sphere of medical care services differs significantly from other sectors of the economy. The issues of improving the activities of a medical organization in a competitive market are considered, its differences and features related to industry affiliation and the formation of prices for services provided are highlighted. The trends of organizations' activities in modern conditions of healthcare development are analyzed, according to the requirements of improving the quality and degree of patient satisfaction. The features of the estimated financing model of medical organizations affecting their economic stability are identified and systematized. Among the priority areas of the study, the economic features, structure and content of the services provided, methods of organizing planned and long-term economic and managerial work of medical institutions were studied. The methods of analysis and synthesis of information, statistical groupings, and meaningful economic interpretation of economic practice phenomena were used.
