В статье автором проведена систематизация регуляторных функций финансовых механизмов, действующих на финансовом рынке РФ. Кроме того, осуществлен анализ основных показателей развития финансового рынка в условиях сложной геополитической обстановки и роста числа санкций. Установлено, что в РФ по итогам 2022 г. наблюдался существенный рост удельного веса активов финансовых организаций в ВВП – на 23,3 п.п. относительно 2021 г.; доля цифровизации финансовых услуг для физических лиц находится на достаточно высоком уровне, но в 2022 году относительно 2021 года не отмечено положительной динамики по данному показателю. Доля цифровизации финансовых услуг для юридических лиц характеризуется более низким уровнем по сравнению с долей цифровизации финансовых услуг для физических лиц.
In the article, the author systematizes the regulatory functions of financial mechanisms operating in the financial market of the Russian Federation. In addition, the analysis of the main indicators of the development of the financial market in a difficult geopolitical situation and an increase in the number of sanctions was carried out. It was found that in the Russian Federation, by the end of 2022, there was a significant increase in the share of assets of financial organizations in GDP – by 23.3 percentage points relative to 2021; the share of digitalization of financial services for individuals is at a fairly high level, but in 2022, relative to 2021, there was no positive dynamics in this indicator. The share of digitalization of financial services for legal entities is characterized by a lower level compared to the share of digitalization of financial services for individuals.
