В современном мире процессам цифровизации уделяется достаточно много внимания. Одним из ведущих локомотивов процессов цифровой трансформации является государство, которое активно внедряет цифровые инструменты в разные сферы экономики. Для того, чтобы определить в каких сферах экономики уже достигнут значительный успех в данном направлении и на какие сферы следует обратить внимание в данной статье проведен анализ имеющихся цифровых государственных ресурсов в сферах государственного управления, малого и среднего предпринимательства, граждан, некоммерческого сектора экономики. Рассмотрены нормативно-правовые акты, регулирующие процессы создания цифровых инфраструктур отдельных секторов. Автором выдвигается гипотеза, что сектор некоммерческих организаций на данный момент недостаточно цифровизирован со стороны государства. В статье приводится национальный и зарубежный опыт, а также представлены обсуждения данного вопроса российских и зарубежных представителей научного сообщества. In the modern world, much attention is paid to the processes of digitalization. One of the leading drivers of digital transformation processes is the state, which is actively introducing digital tools in different areas of the economy. In order to determine in which areas of the economy has already achieved significant success in this direction, and which areas should be paid attention to, this article analyzes the available digital state resources in the spheres of public administration, small and medium-sized businesses, citizens, and the non-profit sector of the economy. The normative-legal acts regulating the processes of creating digital infrastructures of individual sectors are considered. The author puts forward a hypothesis that the sector of non-profit organizations at the moment is not sufficiently digitalized by the state. The article presents national and foreign experience, as well as discussions of this issue by Russian and foreign representatives of the scientific community. The article will be of interest to those interested in the processes of state digital transformation of various sectors of the economy, students, graduate students, representatives of the scientific community, and government officials.
