Экономическая деятельность, связанная с океаном, приобретает все большее значение во всем мире. Формирование концепции голубой экономики является логическим развитием концепции зеленой экономики. В основе этих концепций лежит уверенность в том, что устойчивое развитие, в основе которого лежит бережливое природопользование может привести к улучшению благосостояния человека и социальной справедливости, одновременно значительно снижая экологические риски и дефицит природных ресурсов. Голубая экономика обладает потенциалом для обеспечения инклюзивного экономического роста и достижения целей устойчивого развития. В целях достижения устойчивого роста секторов голубой экономики необходимо привлечение голубого финансирования для развития проектов в сфере рыболовства, морской аквакультуруы, туризма, возобновляемой электроэнергетики, морского транспорта и портовой инфраструктуры. Одним из ключевых критериев предоставления голубого финансирования является согласованность цели инвестиционного проекта с достижением ЦУР 6 и ЦУР 14. Эта статья представляет собой тематическое исследование типологии проектов, соответствующих критериям голубого финансирования. В данной статье анализируются основные характеристики и ограничения различных типов инвестиционных проектов, осуществляемых в секторах голубой экономики.

Ocean-related economic activities are becoming increasingly important around the world. The formation of the concept of the blue economy is a logical development of the concept of the green economy. At the heart of these concepts is the belief that sustainable development based on sustainable use of natural resources can lead to improved human well-being and social justice, while significantly reducing environmental risks and scarcity of natural resources. Blue The economy has the potential to ensure inclusive economic growth and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. In order to achieve sustainable growth in the blue economy sectors, it is necessary to attract blue financing for the development of projects in the field of fisheries, marine aquaculture, tourism, renewable electricity, maritime transport and port infrastructure, and coastal utilities. One of the key criteria for the provision of blue financing is the alignment of the investment project goal with the achievement of SDG 6 and SDG 14. This article is a case study of the typology of projects that meet the blue funding criteria. This article analyses the main characteristics and limitations of the different types of investment projects carried out in the blue economy sectors.
