Развитие финтех-трендов и внедрение инновационных технологий в бизнес-процессы неразрывно связано с изменениями в экономической, политической и социальной сферах, с пользовательским опытом клиентов и их изменяющимися вместе с внешней средой ожиданиями. Результатом цифровой трансформации, которая изменила финтех-индустрию во время пандемии, стала всеобщая диджитализация финансовых услуг и упрощение многих процессов взаимодействия банков с клиентами. В связи с глобальными имениями в социально-экономической и политической сферах перед отечественным финансовым сектором возникли новые вызовы. Авторами в рамках настоящего исследования выявлены финтех-тренды и определено влияние клиентских ожиданий на их изменение. Отдельное внимание в процессе исследования уделено классификации клиентских ожиданий, использованию биометрических данных и нейросетей как инструментов реализации обозначенных ожиданий. Также выделена тенденция к использованию искусственного интеллекта для персонализации предложений.
The development of fintech trends and the introduction of innovative technologies into business processes are inextricably linked with changes in the economic, political and social spheres, with the user experience of customers and their expectations changing along with the external environment. The result of the digital transformation that changed the fintech industry during the pandemic was the universal digitalization of financial services and the simplification of many processes of interaction between banks and customers. In connection with global developments in the socio-economic and political spheres, new challenges have arisen for the domestic financial sector. In the framework of this study, the authors identified fintech trends and determined the impact of customer expectations on their change. Special attention in the research process is paid to the classification of client expectations, the use of biometric data and neural networks as tools for implementing these expectations. The tendency to use artificial intelligence to personalize offers is also highlighted.
