Работа посвящена проблемам продуктивности управления устойчивым развитием промышленных отраслей в условиях импортозамещения и обретения Россией технологического суверенитета. Расширен понятийно-категориальный аппарат посредством введения термина асимптотически экспоненциальной устойчивости развития промышленной отрасли. Выдвинута и подтверждена гипотеза о необходимости формирования территориальной образовательно-научно-технической среды, играющей роль ведущего фактора в обеспечении технологического обновления экономик регионов Российской Федерации. Усовершенствован научно-методический подход к прогнозированию временных интервалов устойчивого развития промышленных отраслей, основанный на вероятностно-статистическом и эконометрическом инструментарии, что позволяет моделировать управляющие воздействия по образу колеблемых динамических систем. Критически осмыслены государственные меры поддержки российской индустрии с позиций повышения продуктивности управления устойчивым развитием промышленных отраслей. Намечены направления дальнейших исследований по реализации технологического потенциала экономик регионов России.
The work is devoted to the problems of productivity in managing the sustainable development of industrial branches in the conditions of import substitution and Russia’s acquisition of technological sovereignty. The conceptual-categorical apparatus has been expanded by introducing the term of asymptotically exponential stability of industrial development. A hypothesis has been put forward and confirmed about the need to form a territorial educational, scientific and technical environment, which plays the role of a leading factor in ensuring the technological renewal of the economies of the regions of the Russian Federation. The scientific and methodological approach to forecasting time intervals of sustainable development of industrial branches, based on probabilistic-statistical and econometric tools, has been improved, which allows modeling control actions in the image of oscillating dynamic systems. Government measures to support Russian industry are critically comprehended from the standpoint of increasing the productivity of managing the sustainable development of industrial branches. Directions for further research on realizing the technological potential of the economies of Russian regions are outlined.
