В настоящей статье рассматривается институт самозанятости, как элемент экономических и правовых отношений в условиях санкций. В работе уточняется статус самозанятых лиц, проанализированы показатели изменения численности самостоятельно занятых граждан в России, Уральском федеральном округе и Свердловской области, выявлены достоинства и недостатки исследуемой формы хозяйствования. Автором делается вывод о необходимости повышения эффективности института самостоятельной занятости в России. На основании анализа статистических данных за три года, выявлен рост числа самозанятых, как в России, так и в Уральском регионе в частности. При этом, на основании анализа мнений самозанятых лиц, определено основное преимущество этой организационной формы ведения своего дела – низкая налоговая ставка - и основной недостаток - ее временный характер.
This article examines the institution of self-employment as an element of economic and legal relations in the context of sanctions. The paper clarifies the status of self-employed persons, analyzes data on changes in the number of self-employed citizens in Russia, the Ural Federal District and the Sverdlovsk Region, and identifies the advantages and disadvantages of the studied form of management. The author concludes that it is necessary to increase the effectiveness of the institute of self-employment in Russia. Based on the analysis of statistical data for three years, an increase in the number of self-employed has been revealed, both in Russia and in the Ural region in particular. At the same time, based on the analysis of the opinions of self–employed persons, the main advantage of this organizational form of conducting business is determined - a low tax rate - and the main disadvantage is its temporary nature.
