Смена логистических маршрутов по инфраструктурному обеспечению в связи с напряженным геополитическим положением вынуждает развивать альтернативные транспортные артерии. Одна из них Северный морской путь - морская транспортная артерия в составе Арктической транспортной системы РФ. Сегодня Китай стал потенциальным партнером России по развитию инфраструктуры Арктической зоны РФ. Развитие сотрудничества между Россией и Китаем в северных широтах произошло по причинам: охлаждение отношений России с западными странами, усилившийся спрос Китая на энергоресурсы и не подтвердившиеся предположения о возможно агрессивном поведении Китая в арктическом регионе. И хотя существуют определенные разногласия относительно ролей этих государств в Арктике, Москва и Пекин стремятся минимизировать эти различия, выбирая путь избегания прямых конфликтов в своих внешнеполитических инициативах. Но, несмотря на существующий потенциал для развития, отношения Китая и России по вопросам сотрудничества в Арктике пока что находится на начальном этапе.
The article describes how Russia and China are increasing cooperation in the Arctic zone, focusing on improving infrastructure along the Northern Sea Route. The change of logistics routes for infrastructure provision due to the tense geopolitical situation forces the development of alternative transport arteries. One of them is the Northern Sea Route, a maritime transport artery within the Arctic transport System of the Russian Federation. Today, China has become a potential partner of Russia in developing the infrastructure of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The development of cooperation between Russia and China in the northern latitudes occurred for the following reasons: the cooling of Russia's relations with Western countries, China's increased demand for energy resources and unsubstantiated assumptions about China's possibly aggressive behavior in the Arctic region. And although there are certain differences regarding the roles of these states in the Arctic, Moscow and Beijing seek to minimize these differences by choosing the path of avoiding direct conflicts in their foreign policy initiatives. But despite the existing potential for development, relations between China and Russia on cooperation in the Arctic are still at an early stage.
