Современное состояние экономики определяется как общемировыми тенденциями (цифровизация), так и специфическими именно для России и ее регионов факторами (диспаритет оплаты труда и производительности труда в отраслях). Эффективная и продуктивная занятость определяются с одной стороны динамикой оплаты труда, с другой стороны динамикой производительности труда. Методологическую основу настоящего исследования составили методы сравнительного анализа, обобщения, расчётов и измерения и др. В настоящей работе дана оценка показателя индекса производительности труда, темпы прироста производительности труда и занятости населения, ВРП на душу населения, динамика ВРП и уровня безработицы Республики Мордовия. Проведен сравнительный анализ динамики соответствующих показателей Республики Мордовия и ПФО, что позволило оценить влияние оплаты труда на развитие региона Отмечены негативные тенденции в разрезе сфер эффективной и продуктивной занятости, территориальном аспекте.
The current state of the economy is determined both by global trends (digitalization) and by factors specific to Russia and its regions (disparity between wages and labor productivity in industries). Effective and productive employment is determined on the one hand by the dynamics of labor remuneration, on the other hand by the dynamics of labor productivity. The methodological basis of the present study was formed by the methods of comparative analysis, generalization, calculations and measurement, etc. In this paper the index of labor productivity index, growth rates of labor productivity and employment, GRP per capita, GRP dynamics and unemployment rate of the Republic of Mordovia are evaluated. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of the corresponding indicators of the Republic of Mordovia and the Volga Federal District has been carried out, which made it possible to assess the impact of labor remuneration on the development of the region Negative trends in the context of the spheres of effective and productive employment, territorial aspect have been noted.
