Аннотация В условиях повышенных финансовых рисков для экономических субъектов в виде волатильности цен на сырьевые ресурсы и санкционных ограничений на передний план встают вопросы сохранения конкурентных преимуществ и обеспечение долгосрочного развития. Одним из инструментов достижения устойчивого развития компании является финансовая стратегия. Данная статья посвящена исследованию финансовой стратегии АО «Газпром промгаз» с целью выявления «узких мест» в процессе ее формирования. В рамках исследования были рассмотрены труды ведущих отечественных ученых, проанализированы внутренние источники информации компании. По результатам анализа выявлены проблемы в действующем процессе формирования и реализации финансовой стратегии АО «Газпром промгаз», предложены направления ее развития по результатам SWOT-анализа.
Abstract In the context of increased financial risks for economic entities in the form of volatility in commodity prices and sanctions restrictions, issues of maintaining competitive advantages and ensuring long-term development come to the fore. One of the tools to achieve sustainable development of the company is a financial strategy. This article is devoted to the study of the financial strategy of Gazprom Promgaz JSC in order to identify "bottlenecks" in the process of its formation. As part of the study, the works of leading Russian scientists were reviewed, and the company's internal sources of information were analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis, problems were identified in the current process of forming and implementing the financial strategy of Gazprom Promgaz JSC, and directions for its development were proposed based on the results of the SWOT analysis.
