Целью статьи является анализ вызовов и проблем интеграции и государственной политики. При проведении исследования автором использованы общенаучные и прикладные методы, связанные со структурным, системным и сравнительным анализом. По результатам проведенного исследования выявлено наличие демократического дефицита и нарастание авторитарных тенденций в Европейском союзе. Данные проблемы формируют страны-доноры интеграционного объединения Германия, Франция, Нидерланды и Австрия. Миграционные кризисы 2015-2016 и 2022-2023 годов усилили ряд противоречий между государствами Европейского Союза в контексте выработки солидарной государственной политики интеграционного объединения. В текущих условиях коммерческие и политические интересы влиятельных лиц европейской элиты, крупных международных финансовых институтов и крупных международных транснациональных корпораций низлагают наднациональный политический альянс Европейского Союза и подменяют традиционные моральные демократические ценности. Ценностный раскол между государствами интеграционного объединения становится все более очевидным вызовом для интеграционного единства. Ценностный раскол подталкивает государства-члены интеграционного объединения к пересмотру интеграционных путей на современном этапе развития международных отношений. Ослаблению коллективного политического и экономического потенциала Европейского Союза способствует развитие евроскептицизма у населения ряда стран-участниц интеграционного объединения.
The aim of the article is to analyze the challenges and problems of integration and public policy of the European Union. When conducting the research, the author used general scientific and applied methods related to structural, systemic and comparative analysis. According to the results of the conducted research, the presence of democratic deficit and increasing authoritarian tendencies in the European Union is revealed. These problems are formed by the donor countries of the integration association Germany, France, Netherlands and Austria. The migration crises of 2015/2016 and 2022/2023 have intensified a number of contradictions between the states of the European Union in the context of the development of a solidarity state policy of the integration association. Under current conditions, commercial and political interests of influential individuals of the European elite, large international financial institutions and large international transnational corporations are subverting the supranational political alliance of the European Union and substituting traditional moral democratic values. The value split between the states of the integration union is becoming an increasingly obvious challenge to integration unity. The value split pushes the member states of the integration association to reconsider integration paths at the current stage of development of international relations. The weakening of the collective political and economic potential of the European Union is facilitated by the development of Euroscepticism in the population of a number of member states of the integration association.
