В статье рассматривается процесс формирования стоимости в системе планирования и выполнения капитального ремонта железнодорожного пути в единстве экономического и технологического аспектов. На основе изучения действующих отраслевых нормативных документов и интервьюирования участников процесса определена взаимосвязь процессов проведения капитального ремонта железнодорожного пути с процессом формирования его стоимости. По результатам детализации технологических процессов выявлены слабые места во взаимосвязи процессов планирования и проведения капитального ремонта и процесса формирования его сметной, плановой и фактической стоимости.
The article examines the process of cost formation in the system of planning and implementation of railway track overhaul in the unity of economic and technological aspects. Based on the study of current industry regulatory documents and interviews with participants in the process, the relationship between the process of Railway Track Overhaul and the process of forming its cost is determined. Based on the results of detailing the technological processes, weak points in the relationship between the processes of planning and carrying out Overhaul and the process of forming its estimated, planned and actual cost are identified.
