В работе синтезирован авторский взгляд на концентрацию корпоративного капитала в металлургической отрасли на основе оценки позиций и определений ряда известных отечественных и зарубежных исследователей. Проанализированы тенденции олигополистического рынка России, выделены и охарактеризованы ключевые факторы воздействия. Сделан вывод о сильной роли государства в реализации процессов концентрации капитала в отрасли. В данном контексте дана оценка перспективам и негативным последствиям усиления олигополистических тенденций в отрасли.
The paper synthesizes the author's view on the concentration of corporate capital in the metallurgical industry based on an assessment of the positions and definitions of a number of well-known domestic and foreign researchers. The trends of the oligopolistic market in Russia are analyzed, key impact factors are identified and characterized. The conclusion is made about the strong role of the state in the implementation of capital concentration processes in the industry. In this context, the prospects and negative consequences of the strengthening of oligopolistic trends in the industry are assessed.
