В статье рассмотрены роль финансово-экономических и бюджетных факторов в формировании и развитии хозяйственной агломерации, как базиса городской агломерации. Также определены условия и базис взаимодействия хозяйствующих субъектов агломерации и органов власти в рамках предложенной системы коммуникативного кондоминиума.
The article examines the role of financial, economic and budgetary factors in the formation and development of an economic agglomeration as the basis of an urban agglomeration.
