Статья посвящена проблеме внедрения инновационных технологий в деятельность строительных организаций. Актуальность данной темы обусловлена тенденциями и стратегическими целями развития строительной отрасли. Предметом исследования послужили теоретические и методические положения по управлению инновациями, а также управлению изменениями в организации, по развитию и внедрению в практику инновационных технологий. Авторами предложен алгоритм поэтапного внедрения новых технологий в деятельность строительных организаций, который призван минимизировать риски инновационного проекта и обеспечить плавную интеграцию новых технологий во все бизнес-процессы организации. Практическая ценность методических положений, разработанных авторами статьи, заключается в том, что они могут применяться строительными организациями любой формы собственности и масштаба, на всех стадиях реализации инвестиционно-строительных проектов. Кроме того, рекомендации авторов статьи могут быть адаптированы для других сфер и отраслей экономики.
The article is devoted to the matter of implementation of the innovation technologies in the construction organizations activity. The relevance of this subject is caused by the current trends and strategic objectives of the construction industry development. Theoretical and methodical provisions on the innovation management as well as the change management in the organization, and the development and introduction of the innovation technologies in the organizations' practice became the object of the research. The authors offered the algorithm of the stage-by-stage implementation of new technologies in the construction organizations activity. The aforesaid algorithm is created to minimize the innovation project risks and to provide the smooth integration of new technologies into all business processes of the organization. The practical value of the methodical provisions, developed by the authors of the article, is that they can be applied by the construction organizations of any pattern of ownership and scale, during all the phases of the investment-and-construction projects implementation. Besides, the recommendations of the authors of the article can be adapted for other spheres and branches of the economy.
