Научная статья содержит обзор научной литературы, посвященной возможностям применения и активного проведения SWOT-анализа в аграрном секторе экономики для изучения воздействия внешней и внутренней среды в условиях неопределенности. Дано понятие SWOT-анализа, выявлены цель и задачи его проведения. Обращено внимание на важность выявления и развития сильных сторон аграрного производства, преувеличения возможностей, позволяющих решить проблемы импортозамещения и продовольственной безопасности. Однако наличие угроз внешней среды требуют реализации государственных решений по снижению уровня инфляции, доступности кредитов, привлечения молодых специалистов и обеспечения эффективной работы в условиях санкций. Отмечено активное воздействие государства в процесс функционирования аграрного сектора экономики, для этого реализуется ряд государственных программ, направленных на поддержку приоритетных направлений (картофелеводства, овощеводства, молочного и мясного скотоводства) и проведение закупочных и товарных интервенций.
The scientific article contains a review of scientific literature devoted to the possibilities of using and actively conducting SWOT analysis in the agricultural sector of the economy to study the impact of the external and internal environment in conditions of uncertainty. The concept of SWOT analysis is given, the purpose and objectives of its implementation are identified. Attention is drawn to the importance of identifying and developing the strengths of agricultural production, exaggerating the possibilities that allow solving the problems of import substitution and food security. However, the presence of threats to the external environment requires the implementation of government decisions to reduce inflation, access to loans, attract young professionals and ensure effective work under sanctions. The active influence of the state in the functioning of the agricultural sector of the economy is noted, for this purpose a number of state programs are being implemented aimed at supporting priority areas (potato growing, vegetable growing, dairy and beef cattle breeding) and conducting procurement and commodity interventions.
