В данном научном исследовании обоснуется необходимость реализации концепции национальных суверенных цифровых денежных ресурсов. Рассматриваются предпосылки и положения концепция цифровой валюты центрального банка. Анализируются вопросы эффективности транзакций, уровень ликвидности и параметры финансовой стабильности в экономике в разрезе концепции CBDC. Также исследуются возможности практической реализации цифровых технологий в зависимости от различных параметров и уровня экономического развития страны.

This scientific study justifies the need to implement the concept of national sovereign digital monetary resources. The prerequisites and provisions of the concept of a digital currency of the central bank are considered. The issues of transaction efficiency, liquidity level and financial stability parameters in the economy are analyzed in the context of the CBDC concept. It also explores the possibilities of practical implementation of digital technologies depending on various parameters and the level of economic development of the country.
