В исследовании изложен авторский подход к проведению экономико-статистического анализа развития регионального рынка применения вновь созданных препаратов УДЧ металлов-микроэлементов на примере сельского хозяйства. Разработанная методика базируется на оценке динамики и структуры на основе графического метода, а также оценке структурных соотношений общего объема посевных площадей и обработанных удобрениями. Применяемый метод характеризуется новой объектной областью исследования и оценкой вышеупомянутых соотношений, что можно также считать научной новизной исследования. Целью научного исследования является разработка и апробация методики анализа развития регионального рынка применения вновь созданных препаратов УДЧ металлов-микроэлементов на примере сельского хозяйства. В процессе апробации разработанной методики для оценки практической значимости исследования установлено, что в целом по стране наблюдается стабильная динамика внесения минеральных удобрений в почву при выращивании основных видов сельскохозяйственных культур, где основную долю составляют зерновые культуры; в перерасчете на 1 гектар посевной площади на долю зерновых приходится меньше всего удобрений на фоне медианного значения в среднем по всей отрасли АПК; структурный региональный анализ показал, что основную долю среди всех посевных площадей с использованием удобрений занимает Центральный федеральный округ, наряду с его широкой товарной специализацией; оценка соотношений посевных площадей и обработанных удобрениями выявила оптимальный баланс в данном контексте у Приволжского федерального округа, где 29,8 % от всех посевных площадей России охвачены на 63,4% различными удобрениями. В качестве возможного направления развития исследований в данной тематике видится отражение специфики субъектов Российской Федерации.
The study presents the author's approach to conducting an economic and statistical analysis of the development of the regional market for the use of newly created UFC preparations of metal-microelements using agriculture as an example. The developed methodology is based on the assessment of the dynamics and structure using the graphical method, as well as the assessment of the structural relationships of the total volume of sown areas and those treated with fertilizers. The applied method is characterized by a new object area of study and the assessment of the above-mentioned relationships, which can also be considered the scientific novelty of the study. The purpose of the scientific study is to develop and test a methodology for analyzing the development of the regional market for the use of newly created UFC preparations of metal-microelements using agriculture as an example. In the process of testing the developed methodology for assessing the practical significance of the study, it was found that, in general, throughout the country, there is a stable dynamics of the application of mineral fertilizers to the soil when growing the main types of agricultural crops, where the main share is made up of grain crops; in terms of 1 hectare of sown area, the share of grain crops accounts for the least amount of fertilizers against the background of the median value on average for the entire agricultural sector; structural regional analysis showed that the main share among all sown areas using fertilizers is occupied by the Central Federal District, along with its wide commodity specialization; an assessment of the ratio of sown areas and those treated with fertilizers revealed the optimal balance in this context in the Volga Federal District, where 29.8% of all sown areas in Russia are covered by 63.4% of various fertilizers. A possible direction for the development of research in this topic is the reflection of the specifics of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
