В статье рассматриваются особенности и перспективы развития агропромышленного комплекса в условиях антироссийских санкций. Проводится анализ АПК на современном этапе развития отечественной экономики; выделяются последствия санкционной политики для развития АПК; выявляются основные направления усиления АПК как стратегической отрасли российской экономики; определяются перспективы развития российского АПК в условиях санкционного давления. В результате исследования выявлены ключевые тенденции развития отрасли, в том числе «умное сельское хозяйство». Сделан вывод о том, что несмотря на ряд проблем АПК, в том числе несмотря на санкционное давление, для реализации позитивных сценариев развития отрасли имеется ряд благоприятных факторов: усиление государственной поддержки отрасли; расширение программ привлечения частных инвестиций; модернизация российских производств оборудования и комплектующих; реализация политики импортозамещения и пр.
The article considers the characteristics and prospects of development of agro-industrial complex in the conditions of anti-Russian sanctions. Analysis of the APK at the current stage of development of the domestic economy is carried out; the consequences of sanctions policy for the development of the APK are highlighted; the main directions of strengthening the APK as a strategic branch of the Russian economy are identified; Prospects for the development of the Russian APK under sanctions pressure are being determined. The study identified key trends in the development of the industry, including «smart agriculture». It was concluded that despite a number of problems of the APK, including despite sanctions pressure, to realize positive scenarios of development of the industry there are a number of favorable factors: increased state support for the industry; expansion of programs to attract private investment; modernization of Russian equipment and components production; implementation of import substitution policy, etc.
