В статье рассматриваются особенности финансового управления производственной компанией в условиях многопрофильного бизнеса и проектной деятельности с позиций практики финансового менеджмента и роли финансового директора в системе управления компанией. Целью работы является обоснование авторской стратегии финансового управления, ориентированной на приоритет управления ликвидностью по отношению к формальной прибыли, адаптацию финансовых инструментов под реальные производственные циклы и включение финансового контроля в управленческие решения по направлениям деятельности и проектам. В качестве методов исследования использованы анализ управленческой практики, сопоставление финансовых показателей с параметрами производственных и проектных циклов, а также обобщение опыта внедрения финансовых решений в систему управления компанией. В статье предложена модель стратегии финансового управления с участием финансового директора, раскрывающая взаимосвязь денежных потоков и контрактных обязательств, управленческой отчётности, аналитических решений и управленческих воздействий в производстве и проектах. Практическая значимость статьи заключается в возможности применения предложенной стратегии и модели в производственных компаниях с многопрофильной структурой деятельности для повышения предсказуемости расчётов, согласованности управленческих решений и финансовой состоятельности бизнеса.
The article examines the features of financial management of a manufacturing company in a multidisciplinary business and project activity from the perspective of financial management practice and the role of the financial director in the company's management system. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the author's financial management strategy, focused on the priority of liquidity management in relation to formal profit, the adaptation of financial instruments to real production cycles and the inclusion of financial control in management decisions on areas of activity and projects. The research methods used are the analysis of management practice, the comparison of financial indicators with the parameters of production and project cycles, as well as the generalization of experience in implementing financial solutions into the company's management system. The article proposes a financial management strategy model with the participation of a finance director, revealing the relationship between cash flows and contractual obligations, management reporting, analytical decisions and management impacts in production and projects. The practical significance of the article lies in the possibility of applying the proposed strategy and model in manufacturing companies with a multidisciplinary business structure to increase the predictability of calculations, consistency of management decisions and financial viability of the business.
