В статье рассматриваются вопросы, посвященные исследованию современных трендов российского ИТ-рынка труда в условиях посткризисной стабилизации и меняющейся государственной поддержки. Проведен анализ показателей занятости, уровня заработной платы ИТ-кадров по специализациям. Рассматриваются ключевые аспекты взаимодействия ИТ-рынка труда и системы подготовки кадров, влияние дистанционной занятости на усиление межрегиональных диспропорций. Представлен передовой опыт Южного федерального университета, занимающего лидирующие позиции в рейтингах вузов России по подготовке ИТ-специалистов. В исследовании представлена трехсторонняя модель взаимодействия университетов, работодателей и государства, позволяющая повысить эффективность интеграционных процессов с целью обеспечения подготовки ИТ-кадров в соответствии с запросами экономики и достижения технологического лидерства.
The article discusses issues related to the study of current trends in the Russian IT labor market in the context of post-crisis stabilization and changing government support. The analysis of employment indicators and the salary level of IT personnel by specialization is carried out. The key aspects of the interaction between the IT labor market and the personnel training system, the impact of remote employment on the strengthening of interregional imbalances are considered. The advanced experience of the Southern Federal University, which holds a leading position in the ratings of Russian universities for the training of IT specialists, is presented. The study presents a three-way model of interaction between universities, employers and the state, which makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of integration processes in order to ensure the training of IT personnel in accordance with the demands of the economy and achieve technological leadership.
