Научная статья посвящена изучению проблемы выбора приоритетных направлений обеспечения финансовой безопасности строительных компаний в условиях цифровой трансформации. Проведена оценка уровня цифровизации строительной отрасли России и сделан вывод, что строительство относится к отраслям экономики с наименьшим уровнем цифровизации. Выполнен обзор цифровых решений и технологий, применяемых в строительной сфере, а также анализ объема инвестиций в основной капитал и уровень износа основных фондов строительной отрасли за период 2015-2023 гг. С целью мониторинга уровня финансовой безопасности представлена структура затрат и анализ основных финансовых результатов деятельности строительных предприятий. На основе проведенного исследования выявлены актуальные проблемы развития отрасли и определены направления их преодоления, в том числе посредством повышения уровня использования инновационных и цифровых технологий, что будет способствовать повышению финансовой безопасности строительных предприятий.
The scientific article is devoted to the study of the problem of choosing priority areas for ensuring the financial security of construction companies in the context of digital transformation. The assessment of the level of digitalization of the Russian construction industry was carried out and it was concluded that construction belongs to the sectors of the economy with the lowest level of digitalization. An overview of digital solutions and technologies used in the construction sector, as well as an analysis of the volume of investments in fixed assets and the level of depreciation of fixed assets in the construction industry for the period 2015-2023 has been performed. In order to monitor the level of financial security, the cost structure and analysis of the main financial results of construction companies are presented. Based on the conducted research, the current problems of the industry development have been identified and the directions for overcoming them have been identified, including through increasing the use of innovative and digital technologies, which will contribute to improving the financial security of construction enterprises.
