В статье осуществлен сравнительный анализ источников средств к существованию населения Российской Федерации по итогам Всероссийских переписей населения (ВПН) 2010, 2020 гг., выявлены изменения в структуре доходов населения по источникам. Авторами установлено, что по итогам ВПН-2020 наибольший удельный вес принадлежит заработной плате (41,2% населения указали данный источник своих доходов); существенная часть населения (30,1%) имеет такой источник средств существования как «пенсии, пособия, иные выплаты от организаций и государства»; 22,9% населения, указавшего источники средств к существованию, обеспечиваются со стороны других лиц, то есть находятся на иждивении. В 2010 году большая часть (46,0%) респондентов указала в качестве основного источника средств к существованию трудовую деятельность, включая работу по совместительству. В ходе ВПН-2020 выявлено, что основной источник средств к существованию у 45,3% респондентов – заработная плата. Личное подсобное хозяйство (производство товаров для собственного потребления) было основным источником доходов у 1,5% населения в 2010 году (к ВПН-2020 этот индикатор сократился до 0,5%). Пенсии и иные виды государственного обеспечения являлись основным видом доходов по итогам ВПН- 2010 и ВПН-2020 примерно 25,0% опрошенного населения страны.
The article provides a comparative analysis of the sources of livelihood of the population of the Russian Federation according to the results of the All-russian population censuses 2010, 2020, revealed changes in the structure of income of the population by sources. The authors found that according to the results of the All-russian population censuses-2020, the largest share belongs to wages (41,2% of the population indicated this source of their income); a significant part of the population (30,1%) has such a source of livelihood as «pensions, allowances, other payments from organizations and the state»; 22,9% of the population who indicated sources of livelihood are provided by other persons, that is, they are dependent. In 2010, the majority (46,0%) of respondents indicated labor activity, including part-time work, as the main source of livelihood. During the All-russian population censuses-2020, it was revealed that the main source of livelihood for 45,3% of respondents is wages. Personal subsidiary farming (production of goods for own consumption) was the main source of income for 1,5% of the population in 2010 (by the All-russian population censuses-2020, this indicator decreased to 0,5%). Pensions and other types of state support were the main type of income according to the results of the All-russian population censuses- 2010 and All-russian population censuses-2020, approximately 25, 0% of the surveyed population of the country.
