Цель исследования – определить, каким образом инновационная среда оказывает влияние на уровень инновационного потенциала субъектов инновационной деятельности. Предмет исследования: роль инновационной среды в уровне инновационного потенциала. В ходе исследования проведен анализ определений инновационного потенциала, предложенных различными авторами. Выделены ключевые признаки, применительно к инновационному потенциалу. Показана взаимосвязь элементов инновационного потенциала с инновационной средой. Рассмотрены формулировки инновационной среды, представленные разными авторами. Предложена структура инновационной среды и ее определение. В результате анализа влияния инновационной среды на уровень инновационного потенциала сделаны такие выводы, как: 1) в современных условиях инновационная среда в значительной степени определяет уровень инновационного потенциала, 2) инновационная среда – это структура, состоящая из множества компонентов, 3) инновационная среды способна отвечать поставленным целям лишь при условии наличия всех необходимых компонентов, 4) значительную роль в обеспечении должного уровня функционирования инновационной среды играет поддержка со стороны государства.
The purpose of the study is to decide how the innovation environment influences the level of innovation potential of innovation activity entities. The subject of the research is the role of the innovation environment in the level of innovation potential. The definitions of innovation potential proposed by various authors together with the formulations of the innovation environment presented by different authors are considered. Key features are identified in relation to innovation potential. The relationship between the elements of innovation potential and the innovation environment is shown. The structure of the innovation environment and its definition are proposed. As a result of the of the innovative environment influence analysis on the level of innovative potential, the following conclusions were made: 1) in modern conditions, the innovative environment largely determines the level of innovative potential, 2) the innovative environment is a structure consisting of many components, 3) the innovative environment is able to respond set goals only if all the necessary components are available, 4) support from the state plays a significant role in ensuring the proper level of functioning of the innovation environment.
