Digital transformation, characterized by the integration of digital technologies into all aspects of business operations, is a global phenomenon with unique manifestations in different economic landscapes. Currently, information technologies are widely used by commercial organizations in order to obtain maximum profits. The main goal of the study is to study and understand the multifaceted impact of digital technologies on sustainable business development. The article identifies key business areas where digital technology plays a critical role, including resource efficiency, innovation, supply chain management and stakeholder engagement. Provides a comprehensive analysis of how businesses can leverage digital technologies for sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving business environment. The subject of this article is enterprise management in the digital era. On the one hand, there are digital objects that create new development opportunities and dynamic progress, and on the other hand, they have their own weaknesses, namely the threats that arise in cyberspace. The study examines the main digital technologies involved in business development. The determinants of enterprise management are identified in the context of their work in cyberspace, which is characterized by dynamism, anonymity, lack of borders and represents a growing danger zone in the modern world. Key areas where digital technology plays a critical role are identified, including resource efficiency, innovation, supply chain management and stakeholder engagement. An analysis is made of how enterprises can use digital technologies for sustainable growth in a rapidly changing business landscape. The impact of digital capabilities on digital business transformation is explored.
