MODERN MODELS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The article discusses the experience of implementing inter-organizational forms of business management using the example of nuclear energy, which has a significant amount of intellectual assets. The dynamics of indicators of the development of intellectual property in the Russian Federation are analyzed according to the Federal Service for Intellectual Property. The key aspects of the implementation of the state program «Development of the Nuclear Energy Industrial Complex» are revealed, including its financial support. An assessment was made of the development of intellectual property in the field of nuclear energy in the Russian Federation using the example of the state corporation Rosatom. A grouping of promising directions for its innovative development for the long term has been made. The life cycle of a distributed intellectual asset has been developed, which has distinctive features in the form of multi-stage, multi-finality and iso-administration. The results of the analysis of nuclear industry development programs showed that it is possible to improve the mechanism for managing research potential within the framework of existing federal and corporate regulations, as well as the availability of the resources necessary for sustainable financial support for research and development at Rosatom State Corporation.
