LAND MARKET CHARACTERISTICS IN THE CONTEXT OF LAND RECLAIMS FOR STATE (MUNICIPAL) NEEDS IN MOSCOW

The land market is becoming increasingly important due to the strong growth of construction both under federal and local government programs in Moscow in recent years. In this regard, the constant concern of specialists is monitoring the processes and forecasting the key trends of the real estate market in terms of the integrated development of territories. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the key trends in the Moscow real estate market in 2024-2025 in terms of major projects requiring land acquisition (renovation programs, transport construction, integrated territorial development), to establish the impact of seizures on the internal processes of land circulation in the Moscow real estate market.
