Abstract

aimed at increasing the market capitalization of Russian public companies. In the context of transforming financial markets, growing geopolitical constraints, and heightened volatility, the development of effective value management mechanisms becomes particularly relevant. The paper proposes dividing strategic decisions into interrelated blocks: a fundamental strategy and a financial strategy. The research analyzes the key factors influencing market capitalization dynamics, including financial performance indicators, investment activity, capital structure and corporate information policy. Special attention is given to the specific features of Russian companies, such as limited access to external financing and high sensitivity to external shocks. Based on a review of recent academic literature and international practices, the study identifies key strategic initiatives that contribute to firm value growth. A framework for formalizing capitalization drivers through a system of quantitative metrics is proposed, enabling their application in econometric modeling. The findings of the study may be used to develop practical recommendations aimed at enhancing the market capitalization of Russian public companies.
