The article analyzes the problems of financial stability of enterprises and aspects of its restoration. The content of financial sustainability is disclosed, bankruptcy procedures and measures are considered in the framework of procedures, the directions of increasing the financial stability of enterprises in the real sector of the economy on the basis of domestic and foreign experience are also described. Based on the statistical analysis of the relevance and effectiveness of procedures for restoring the financial soundness of enterprises, conclusions are drawn about the key problems of bankruptcy of enterprises in the real sector.
