In the modern world, much attention is paid to the processes of digitalization. One of the leading drivers of digital transformation processes is the state, which is actively introducing digital tools in different areas of the economy. In order to determine in which areas of the economy has already achieved significant success in this direction, and which areas should be paid attention to, this article analyzes the available digital state resources in the spheres of public administration, small and medium-sized businesses, citizens, and the non-profit sector of the economy. The normative-legal acts regulating the processes of creating digital infrastructures of individual sectors are considered. The author puts forward a hypothesis that the sector of non-profit organizations at the moment is not sufficiently digitalized by the state. The article presents national and foreign experience, as well as discussions of this issue by Russian and foreign representatives of the scientific community. The article will be of interest to those interested in the processes of state digital transformation of various sectors of the economy, students, graduate students, representatives of the scientific community, and government officials.
